Working together.
Can my clients do this without me? Absolutely. But will they? Usually not. There are often obstacles in the way, and part of my job is to uncover the resistance.
A client’s story is the most important part of this work. There is so much beyond the physical stuff the surrounds us, and I’m invested in learning the parts that surface when we start (and continue). I hold each story dearly, and can only hope that everyone feels the same imprint that is left by doing this work together.

Peace over perfection
We officially moved into our new house in late January 2026, and we were fortunate that Twee was able to join us in person shortly after the move. That’s when the real magic happened.
Because she had already taken the time to deeply understand our family — our habits, careers, hobbies, and daily rhythms — the systems she created were incredibly personalized. She helped unpack strategically, set up functional zones, and design organizational systems that made sense for us. Everything had a place. And more importantly, everything had a purpose.
The transformation was remarkable.
Our new home is calm, relaxing, and functional. We’re no longer constantly searching for things or drowning in clutter. The kids know where their belongings go. Laundry doesn’t pile up the way it used to. The kitchen feels manageable instead of chaotic. Instead of spending our evenings cleaning in frustration, we’re spending more time together — enjoying each other’s company.
Twee didn’t just help us move houses. She helped us change how we live.
She left her mark not only on our home, but on me — on how I think about space, possessions, and what truly matters. Our family is thriving in ways I didn’t even anticipate, all because we were brave enough to ask for help and fortunate enough to find the right person.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, especially during a major life transition like a move, I cannot recommend Ever So Neat highly enough. She brings clarity to chaos and creates systems that support real life — not perfection, but peace.
When my husband and I decided to move our family to a new home, I knew one thing for certain: I didn’t want to bring the chaos with us.
Our old house felt overwhelming. It was disorganized, stressful, and bursting at the seams with too much stuff. We could never find what we needed. Dishes piled high by the sink. Mountains of clean laundry waited endlessly to be put away. I was constantly nagging my three kids to pick up their toys and school things. It felt like we were always cleaning, always searching, always behind.
I knew something had to change — and that I couldn’t do it alone.
That’s when I began working with Twee. From our very first virtual session, about a month before we took possession of our new home, I felt a sense of relief. Despite the distance between New Jersey and Alberta, we met weekly online, and Twee created a thoughtful, structured Plan of Action for our move. She introduced me to the EverSoNeat process, helping me focus on what my family truly needed, used, and loved.
What stood out immediately was who she is as a person. Compassionate. Patient. Kind. Completely non-judgmental. She genuinely cares about the quality of her clients’ lives. There was never shame about the clutter or overwhelm — only support, encouragement, and clear guidance.
Under her direction, I was able to purge and declutter years of accumulated belongings. For the first time, I felt empowered instead of paralyzed. I made intentional decisions about what would enter our new home — and what wouldn’t.
From Toys to Teenagers
Sonja | Client since 2016
Sonja first called Ever So Neat because the basement was overrun with her children’s toys. She was looking for someone to help navigate their way out, and I happily joined their family to do so. Where she saw a messy playroom, I saw a loving mom who nurtured her children’s growth. They had everything they needed for free play, and it showed in their never ending creativity. Throughout the years, their transitions have been supported by setting time aside to complete the process together - carefully sorting and editing consistently.
Categories that have been decluttered/organized: Basement, family room, bedrooms, kitchen, art supplies, new school year, clothes, toys, books, renovations, children’s hobbies and business endeavors.
Highlight: I smile every time I walk up the steps to Sonja’s house, and the happiness stays throughout. Working with Sonja’s family has been a true joy and it has been so much fun to get to know each of them. My favourite part is seeing the (not so little) children apply the organizing processes to their own spaces, and be ready to let go as they move through different stages in their lives.
Sonja says: “Than you for taking the time to organize our home, so that we can spend more time as a family! (Are you sure you don’t want to move in?)”
Quynh Thu | Client since 2014
Pet Care & Beyond
Quynh Thu first hired me to organize her growing dog grooming shop. This eventually led to organizing every single room in her house. Quynh Thu is kind and thoughtful; an intentional business owner and mom. She values small businesses, energetic work and holistic practices. Her approach immediately aligned with mine, and I happily accepted the job of organizing the parts she found tedious and overwhelming.
Categories that have been decluttered/organized: Dog grooming supplies, basement, garage, main bedroom, children’s bedrooms, kitchen, living room, garage, renovations.
Highlight: When we first started together, the process of letting go was slow - but steady, and very intentional. As I drove up to their house a few sessions later, I was pleasantly surprised to see a full dumpster on their front lawn! They were truly ready to let go and highlight the things they had decided to keep. I love visiting their home, which is a clear reflection of their open hearts, thoughtfulness and welcoming nature.
Quynh says: "Our latest project involves a whole floor remodel with a blank slate, new closet space and a lot of square footage. Thuy-Lien helped us plan and purchase closet organizing systems and plan the future placement of all our items. She measured the space and laid out a beautifully designed plan of action for us to follow. From prior moving experience, I know that the decision-making process gets overwhelming and inefficient use of space can linger for years, unaddressed. We are excited to work with Thuy-Lien again with making our new space organized, peaceful and functional!"
More than an Idea
Jocylyne | Client since 2022
Jocylyne is a woman with an incredible sense of community, made obvious by the people who surround and support her. With a newfound purpose of cultivating the connections around her, she was filled with a myriad of ideas that always just stopped short of execution. Part of it was her very busy schedule, and part of it was the logistical details needed to get things done. It has been so inspiring to see the impact she has made in such a short amount of time.
Categories that have been decluttered/organized: Meeting minutes, action items, events, workflow, schedule, priorities, children’s clothes, toys, her brain!
Highlight: Before I started officially working with Jocylyne, I was listening to her ideas as a friend and confidante. Even then, I couldn’t stop myself from taking notes because I believed so much in her vision. In just 2 years, Jocylyne went from being nervous to do 5 minute video on social media to organizing a full weeklong Comedy Festival. It has been amazing to see her ideas come to life!
Jocylyne says: "Oh my goodness! I didn't realized how much I needed you until I saw your video. Pinterest has great ideas, but I didn't know where to start. I just had my first video consultation. I am excited, scared, and relieved at the same time."
Dr. Jay| Client since 2017
Paper Colonoscopy
In true dental humour, Dr. Jay once compared our work to a paper colonoscopy. You don’t look forward to it, but it helps you see exactly what’s going on, and it feels good to clear your sh*t! Working with Dr. Jay is to see behind the scenes of someone who is committed to excellence in every area of his life - business, family and personal commitments. Our first project was to organize his paperwork, but he knew from the start that there was more to it than that. Beyond the physical clutter was the weight of personal and professional obligations, accumulated (over)commitment, and too many fires to put out at once. Consistent sessions have seen him start to delegate, say no more, and find clarity within.
Categories that have been decluttered/organized: Incoming mail, paperwork, basement, guest room, clothes, books, basement, hobbies, tools, financial documents, projects, action items.
Highlight: In working with Dr. Jay and his wife, Dr. Janice, I have witnessed the way they navigate life’s curveballs - with compassion, thoughtfulness, dexterity and a continued sense of humour. Beyond the task of reducing their paper clutter, it has been an honour to also support them through life’s ups and downs. Little by little, they are working towards finding the work/life balance that will nourish their family led goals.
Clearing the way
Lien | Client since 2022
“Our basement can tell our story:
It has seen many things we didn't want to throw out because we might be needing them later.
It keeps all our children mementos throughout their growing years.
It houses some of our parents' belongings when they moved to smaller places -- videos and cd's, walkers and canes.
It has even been used to hold kindergarten class "art" material (mostly empty paper rolls, used wrapping paper, buttons, strings, and such..)
After 34 years, we decided that our life story can be told differently. We don't need to keep absolutely everything. But where to start? There was hardly room to move, the basement had become a chaotic warehouse. Then walked in Thuy. She saw how overwhelmed I was and calmly said: "Leave it to me". Within a morning, she had made three piles. Just with that, it helped me see more clearly what to do. We've been "purging", only keeping what is most important and strictly necessary.
She managed in three hours to do what I had been wanting to since the last five years. She cleared the way for us to continue and gave us the motivation to do so through her positive attitude. I can hardly wait for Thuy to come back and help us through Phase 2!"

Starting fresh every day.
"For years, I knew that I had to do something about my ever growing closet. As I began working as a professional, I needed to buy work-appropriate clothing. However, I could never quite let go of my “other clothes”. Before long, my closet had run out of space and clothes began to accumulate everywhere in my room. In my mind, each piece had been carefully picked out, worn during a memorable day, trip, or occasion, and were still in perfectly good condition. I could not rationalize throwing them away.
Despite many attempts to clean out my closet, the result would never last long and eventually, my closet would be as cluttered and disorganized as ever. I changed for thinner matching hangers, bought baskets and drawer dividers, but no matter what, my habit and closet never changed. Inevitably, my room would return to its cluttered and disorganized state.
With Thuy’s guidance, advice and supportive attitude, I can happily say that this is no longer the case! In my personal experience, Thuy’s biggest contribution was in changing my mindset and perspective – which enabled me to give away a big chunk of my closet that, in reality, I had not worn years. This was a huge step for me in the right directly and the whole experience was extremely refreshing and just the change I needed.
I didn’t expect this change (to my closet) to have an impact on my everyday life, but I must say that waking up in a clean and organized room is really calming and pleasant, and has helped me start my day off on the right foot.
Thanks Thuy – I couldn’t have done it without your help! "
